DOUBLE WINGED EYELINER: KIM K IMSPIRED

Hey All…

I have been away from the blogging scene for sometimes now, but it doesn’t mean I have been away from my love i.e my makeup for love. It is just that making a whole post is a little overwhelming for me and time-consuming given my lifestyle(Read: my son keeps me really busy).

Anyways, I did this Kim Kardashian inspired look awhile ago and happy to post it today, those who are following me on FB, Twitter and Instagram would have seen it already. So it was my first attempt on double winged eyeliner, I do not think I nailed it, but I tried and would love to know your thoughts on it.

 

I used my Sleek Palettes for it again and for the eyeliner I used my Maybelline Eyestudio Lasting Drama Gel Liner 01 ( I also have a review of this gel liner).In the crease I used a brown eye shadow. For the corners I used a white pencil 07-White Star from Diana of London,it is an awesome product, can use it for highlighting and under eye shadows for the colors to pop. I have Loreal True Match in Nude Beige (W3) on my face, I really like this foundation but it is a lighter than my skin, so I bronzed my face like crazy. Also I am wearing a Maybelline Moisture Extreme Burgandy(925) on my lips.

I attempted a little pictorial,used a light shade as a base and the with a burnt orange color blended it achieve that brown-orange color.
